Executive Chef Gilbert Buyher has over 12 years of restaurant and catering experience. After graduating top of his class from The Art Institute of Houston, Chef Buyher entered the restaurant business in 1997 as dishwasher/prep cook. His journey to Executive chef has included some of Houston’s finest establishments such as: La Strada Restaurant, Capital Grille, Sambuca Jazz Café and 6 Ruggles locations. Chef Gilbert was actually the opening chef for Ruggles Enron Field location as well as Sambuca Jazz Café.

Looking to bring restaurant quality food into the catering environment, Chef Buyher has worked directing catering operations in 5 venues in Houston. These opportunities allowed Chef Buyher to broaden his knowledge base to include all facets required for superb banquet service.

Chef Buyher has vast accumulative experience in the supervision and training of employees, menu development, kitchen design, kitchen operations and utilization of available resources and manpower.

Chef Buyher not only holds the Food Service Managers Certification but is also bilingual allowing him to mediate between Spanish and English speaking employees.

Lezlie brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the Bell Tower team. Her passion for events began with earning a BA in Marketing Communications from the University of Texas, Dallas.

A vital part of staying in vogue with the latest and greatest event trends, Lezlie’s maintains a plethora of special interests such as memberships with Meeting Planners International, International Special Events Society and Child Builders.

With more than 15 years experience in the special events industry, Lezlie has planned events from coast to coast. From the intimate details of a wedding to the lavish celebrations of a World Series Gala, her attention to the smallest detail prevails and ensures a one of a kind event. Her enthusiasm for her clients is contagious. Lezlie prides herself on providing every client the personal attention and expertise they deserve!

Lezlie’s background in catering as well as event design and production enables her to be a source of invaluable information to our clients and The Bell Tower team.

While Avina Reis was born in India, she has lived in Houston since the age of 7, making her a pseudo native Houstonian. As a graduate from The University of Texas in Austin, with a Bachelor's in Advertising, Avina brings extensive knowledge and experience making her an influential part of The Bell Tower Team.

Following her studied path of advertising and promotions, Avina is definitely accomplished in creative selling and proposals accumulating over 7 years of client relations and account management and over 10 years of advertising and promotions.

Since hospitality and corporate event planning go hand in hand in this industry, Avina has over 11 years of event planning experience inclusive of but not limited to: dinners, cocktail receptions, board meetings and luncheons.

Currently Avina not only works as an Account Manager at the Bell Tower, but is also adjusting to her new role as a mother while continuing to develop her personal interests of cooking and traveling.

Yvette not only brings to The Bell Tower team a very diverse background, but also over 10 years of event planning  savvy comprised of corporate events, weddings, reunions and a multitude of social events.

Not only is Yvette a vital Bell Tower Account Manager but also works as a Senior Coordinator at Two Be Wed.  Her two year tenure at the design studios has been filled with assisting many brides with coordinating their "special day".

Yvette’s interest in people and human interaction began while working to obtain a Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University in Sociology.

For over 15 years Yvette has served as a leader, counselor and mentor to many young women, encouraging them to develop and act on their ideas and helping them develop successful action plans to reach their goals.

Yvette also received her Life Coaching Certificate from the Coach Training Alliance, a leading International Federation of Coaches accredited program.  Some areas of specialty are noted but not limited to: relationships, time management, finding a balance between work and personal life, resolution of stress or conflict, life choices and clarification of personal priorities, values, and purpose.

As a resident of Sugar Land, Texas with her four children, Yvette is the benefactor of many sporting events and observes enough sports activities she claims she could host her own ESPN show.
