These are the primary duties of Our wedding venues coordinator:
As part of the planning process, your Event Producer will explain the value offer with options and answer any questions throughout the event planning process.
You get up to two one hour wedding details meetings to finalize your floor plan, timeline, and catering selections.
Your wedding day coordinator will also work with your outside wedding planner (if you have one) and be responsible for taking notes about your event to ensure the system is updated for the delivery team.
Your Event Producer will schedule and attend your ceremony rehearsal and coordinate your wedding party during that time.
Additionally, your Event Producer will deliver tasting remarks to the culinary team so the food is perfect on your big day. (Attending the tasting is on a case by case basis, more importantly Chef's hand-picked team facilitates tastings).

One of the more creative wedding themes to play out at The Bell Tower on 34th was based on the Harry Potter books and movies.
For the wedding touches, which received local and national media coverage, the couple brought the world of Harry Power to life by recreating the Forbidden Forest and the Great Hall from the stories’ Hogwarts wizarding school.
Their décor elements, including floating candles, house seals, quidditch hoops, and wands, added to the magic of the event.
