Qualified clients gain 24-hour access to real time information related to your event using your personalized Customer Portal. There you are able to manage payments, schedule your tasting and bridal portrait, book appointments with your Event Producer, access vendor information, see your updated floorplan, and even have access to our extensive Bell Tower knowledge base.
On the day of your event our well trained event staff will faithfully take care of you and your guests. We offer a wide array of creative service styles ranging from a buffet, cocktail party, or seated dinner. Whatever you choose, we will not disappoint you.

Our famous cascading water wall, stylish ballrooms with dramatic staircases, elegantly appointed dressing rooms, private gardens with cool fountains and lush greenery, colorful built in dance floor lighting and accent lighting where you get to pick the colors, state of the art distributed sound and projection options, high ceilings, giant chandeliers and so much more…
Once you decide on the ballroom and event package, of course all basic tables, mahogany chivari chairs, floor length linens and napkins (champagne or black), China, Silverware, Stemware, as well as Chefs, Servers and Culinary staff are all included.
Don’t worry about who drives on your event night! Our partner hotels have convenient hotel shuttling to and from The Bell Tower on 34th. (Certain conditions apply). Designate the hotel shuttle for you and your guests.

The Bell Tower on 34th owns all of its equipment, so you will not have the expensive extra charges from the venue for tables, chairs, basic linens, stemware, buffet equipment. Benefit: Rented equipment requires more people, scheduling, and cost on a day that you shouldn't need to bother.

ALWAYS INCLUDED 'DAY OF' COORDINATOR SERVICES
The Bell Tower on 34th provides free of charge Day of Coordination package by your Event Producer with your venue rental agreement. You are hosting your event at the premier event venue in Houston and you are reserving a Day of Coordinator and their professional services for your peace of mind.
These are the Basic Duties of your Event Producer which are included in the overall price:
You will be able to tour the beautiful Bell Tower on 34th in person.
Your knowledgeable Coordinator will explain our Rate Package and options and answer any questions throughout the process
Your coordinator will also be responsible for taking notes for your event, and update our system with all pertinent information about your event so that the rest of your team will know about it.
Schedule your rehearsal, bridal portrait, and food tasting with your culinary team.
Additionally, your coordinator will attend your tastings and deliver tasting remarks to the Culinary Team so the food is perfect on your big day.
Attend and coordinate your rehearsal.
Order any rentals, or make sure Operations provisions for your event
Advise you on the design of your Floor Plan and create one for your approval
Offer thoughts on Vendors, Provide Preferred Vendor List
Day of: Arrive at Bell Tower on 34th prior to Vendor Load In, assist with vendor load in and tables set up.
Meet with Chef & Event Manager for 15 minutes prior to event starting.
Monitor the Order of Events, Buffet or Seated Dinner, Stay through Cake Cutting.
Make sure that we have champagne flutes, cake knives and that the event manager knows who to give to at the end of the night.
Notify and collect required proof of insurance and/or waiver claims from Outside Vendors.
Make sure All outside Vendors have our Vendor Policy
