The Bell Tower on 34th Effective: 8/31/2026

By booking with The Bell Tower on 34th or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and Consultations

All event bookings require an onsite consultation and a signed agreement. An Experience Outline is provided during the consultation process. Final pricing is determined by guest count, selected services, and event date. A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date.

2. Payment

Payment schedules are outlined in your signed agreement. All balances must be paid in full before your event. We accept major credit cards, checks, and direct bank transfers.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The booking fee is non-refundable. Clients may qualify for a Cancellation Insurance Rebate under the conditions stated in their event contract. Rescheduling is subject to date inventory and may incur additional cost.

4. Included Services

Refer to your signed agreement for the specific services included with your event. Standard inclusions are:

  • Exclusive use of private event spaces

  • Onsite event producers and planning support

  • Setup and breakdown within agreed timeframes

  • In-house tables, Mahogany Chiavari chairs, linens, and standard tableware

  • Fresh onsite catering, with menu selections finalized during planning

  • Cake cutting, vendor meals, and water and wine service at no additional charge

  • Dressing rooms for wedding events

  • Ceremony rehearsal and bridal portrait sessions for qualified weddings

5. Optional and Upgraded Services

Subject to scheduling and eligibility: valet parking, security officers, dressing room attendants, champagne service during cocktail hour, custom lighting, and authentic bell ringing.

6. Venue Policies

  • Guests are never asked to pay for parking or to walk long distances.

  • We work only with professional, insured vendors.

  • Outside food and beverage are not accepted unless approved in writing.

  • Smoking is confined to designated outdoor areas.

  • The venue reserves the right to deny access to anyone violating venue policies or posing a risk to others.

7. Privacy and Exclusivity

Each event is private. Guests from different events do not share event spaces or common areas. Personal data collected is kept confidential and used solely for event coordination and client communication.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing final guest counts, timeline decisions, and vendor information by the deadlines stated in their agreement, and for ensuring all vendors comply with venue rules and insurance requirements.

9. Liability

The Bell Tower on 34th is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Clients are financially responsible for damage caused by themselves, their guests, or their vendors.

10. Text Message (SMS) Communications

These terms govern SMS communications from The Bell Tower on 34th.

  • Enrollment. You are enrolled only by providing your mobile number and separately checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first. SMS consent is optional and is never bundled with any other consent.

  • Program description. Messages are conversational and transactional. They include replies to your event inquiry, date confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, and event planning information.

  • Sending number. Our text messages are sent from 281-595-1999. Our main voice line is 713-868-2355.

  • Frequency. Message frequency varies. Typically 2 to 6 messages per active inquiry.

  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. The Bell Tower on 34th is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to end the program. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.

  • Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or call our main line at 713-868-2355.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. SMS consent is not required to book or purchase any service.

  • Mobile information. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Bell Tower on 34th may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes affecting their event.
