All event bookings require a formal, in-person consultation and signed agreement.
Estimates are provided during the consultation process. Final pricing may vary based on guest count, selected services, and event date.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date.
2. Payment Policy
Payment schedules will be outlined in your personalized agreement.
All balances must be paid in full before your event.
We accept major credit cards, checks, and direct bank transfers.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
While the booking fee is non-refundable, clients may qualify for a Cancellation Insurance Rebate under specific conditions outlined in their event contract.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
4. Included Services
The following are included with most bookings (refer to your specific package for details):
Exclusive access to private event spaces.
Professional onsite coordinators and planning assistance.
Set-up and breakdown services within the agreed timeframes.
Use of in-house tables, Mahogany Chiavari chairs, linens, and standard tableware.
Fresh, onsite catering (menu selections to be finalized during planning).
Cake cutting, vendor buyouts, and water/wine service at no additional charge.
Personalized CustomerHub portal access for 24/7 event tracking.
Dressing rooms for wedding events.
Ceremony rehearsal and bridal portrait sessions for qualified weddings.
5. Optional & Upgraded Services
Subject to availability and eligibility:
Valet parking and security officers.
Dressing room attendants and complimentary beverages.
Champagne service during cocktail hour.
Custom lighting, authentic bell ringing, and more.
6. Venue Policies
Guests will never be asked to pay for parking or walk long distances.
We strictly partner with professional and insured vendors only.
We do not allow outside food and beverage unless approved in writing.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
The venue reserves the right to deny access to anyone violating venue policies or posing a risk to others.
7. Privacy and Exclusivity
Each event is private; guests from different events will not share event spaces or common areas.
All personal data collected is kept confidential and used solely for event coordination and client communication.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing final guest counts, timeline decisions, and vendor information by the deadlines stated in their agreement.
Clients must ensure that all vendors comply with venue rules and insurance requirements.
9. Liability
The Bell Tower on 34th is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Clients are financially responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their guests, or their vendors.
10. Changes to Terms
The Bell Tower on 34th reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes affecting their event.
