NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS are transferable one time only, based on availability within 12 months of your cancellation. Your new date must be selected before the day of cancellation. New pricing and terms and conditions for the new event date may apply at the time of cancellation and rescheduling. For cancellations made less than 120 days prior to your event date, there is NO POSTPONEMENT OR RESCHEDULING OPTION.
The Bell Tower on 34th has a no refunds policy. All payments made are non-refundable.
If anything is not as planned on your event day, please notify your representative or event manager immediately.
We encourage you to purchase cancellation or postponement insurance. The Bell Tower on 34th will reimburse your master account for 100% of the cost up to $400. Just send us the receipt.
