The Bell Tower on 34th is a multi-space campus accommodating events from 50 to 2,000+ guests. Individual ballrooms and event spaces can be reserved independently or combined to create custom configurations — separate areas for dining, dancing, cocktails, lounges, auctions, and ceremonies, all under one roof and one coordinated operation.

  • Yes. Several ballrooms, including the Chandelier Room, Carillon Ballroom, and Candela Cathedral, can be combined or used alongside adjoining spaces to accommodate events up to 2,000+ guests. Your venue advisor will recommend the best configuration once you share your guest count and event style.

  • Use the table above as a starting point: it lists banquet, theater, cocktail, and classroom capacities for every room. For an exact fit, share your guest count with your venue advisor and they’ll match it to the right room or combination.

  • Banquet/Reception is seated dining with room to mingle. Theater/Ceremony is rows of chairs facing forward, ideal for a wedding ceremony or presentation. Cocktail is standing-room capacity for a reception-style event. Class Room is seated with tables facing forward, common for corporate training or meetings.
