The Bell Tower on 34th is the Houston wedding venue built around a working bell tower: bronze bells ring from the Campanile above 901 W 34th St in Garden Oaks, near the Houston Heights. Weddings up to 350 guests run on one in-house team that owns the venue, the kitchen, and the timeline.
Most Houston wedding venues are a room with a parking lot. The Bell Tower on 34th is a landmark: a bronze-belled tower rises over the corner of 34th Street, the Campanile chapel sits beneath it, and the Waterwall runs nearby. Couples who want a wedding their guests have never seen anywhere else book here, and since 2009 more than 5,000 events have set the record.
The Campanile chapel holds wedding ceremonies under the tower itself, with the bronze bells overhead, and seats up to 250 guests. The Waterwall, also rated to 250 guests, is the outdoor ceremony and photography setting that no other Houston venue duplicates. Photos move between the chapel, the garden, the staircase, and the Waterwall without leaving the property.
We own our kitchen, our staff, and our spaces. Food is prepared fresh on site by Executive Chef Sergio Arellano and his team, your Event Producer runs the timeline from arrival to send-off, and the same organization is accountable for the venue, the cuisine, and the production. When one team answers for everything, handoffs disappear, and that is the difference couples describe after the day.
Roger Igo broke ground on this building in 2006 and has been on site every year since. The Keep On Going book on /book tells the story of the land, the tower, and the company.
Every price is all-in: the venue, Chef's cuisine, beverage service, our event team, service charge, and tax. There is no separate venue rental fee. Pricing is per guest: Saturday $230, Friday/Sunday $210, and Monday through Thursday $165.
It is the only Houston wedding venue built around a working bell tower. Bronze bells ring from the Campanile, ceremonies run beneath it in the Campanile chapel, and the Waterwall sits on the same property. One in-house team owns the venue, the kitchen, and the production, so nothing is outsourced on the day.
Yes. The Campanile chapel holds ceremonies of up to 250 guests beneath the tower, and the Waterwall hosts outdoor ceremonies of up to 250 guests on the same site.
Our own in-house culinary team, led by Executive Chef Sergio Arellano, prepares and serves every course on site. Cultural and traditional menus are regularly produced, and beverage service comes from the same team.
Weekend weddings run 100 guests and up, and weddings host up to 350 guests. The Campanile chapel and the Waterwall each hold up to 250 guests, the Carillon Ballroom, the Candela Ballroom, and the Legendary Contessa with Capital Ballroom and Courtyard each hold up to 300 guests, and the Chandelier Room holds up to 225 guests.
