As a client, you will gain 24-hour access to real time information related to your event using your personalized customer portal. There you are able to manage payments, schedule your tasting and bridal portrait, book appointments with your Coordinator, access vendor information, see your updated floor plan, and even have access to our extensive Bell Tower knowledge base.
On the day of your event our well-trained event staff will faithfully take care of you and your guests. We offer a wide array of creative service styles ranging from a buffet, cocktail party, or seated dinner. Whatever you choose, we will not disappoint you.

A unique facility with quality service, The Bell Tower on 34th will accommodate your wedding or special celebration of almost any size up to 1,200 guests.
Parking is also private and complimentary. There is no view of the parking lot from the front door.
The Bell Tower on 34th has a variety of wedding ceremony and ballroom event spaces and packages for you to choose from. Our famous cascading Waterwall, stylish ballrooms with dramatic staircases, elegantly appointed dressing rooms, private gardens with cool fountains and lush greenery, optional colorful built-in dance floor lighting and accent lighting where you get to pick the colors, state-of-the-art distributed sound and projection options, high ceilings, giant chandeliers and so much more.
Once you decide on the ballroom and event package, of course dressing rooms, your meal, all basic tables, mahogany Chiavari chairs, floor-length linens and napkins (champagne or black), china, silverware, stemware, as well as chefs, servers and culinary staff are all included. So is valet parking and so much more!
Don’t worry about who drives on your event night! Our partner hotels have convenient hotel shuttling to and from The Bell Tower on 34th. (Certain conditions apply). Designate the hotel shuttle for you and your guests.

The Bell Tower on 34th partner hotels can provide a convenient hotel shuttle to and from your event so you can avoid inconvenience to your guests and an additional transportation costs.
The Bell Tower on 34th owns all of its equipment, so you will not have the expensive extra charges from the venue for renting tables, chairs, basic linens, stemware, and buffet equipment. Benefit: rented equipment requires more people, scheduling, and cost on a day that you shouldn't need to be bothered with.

The Bell Tower on 34th provides you a built-in customer portal where you can ask questions, check your balance, make your payments, and manage your credit cards on file.
The Bell Tower on 34th has a very keen sense of time. Venues that do not value time or are too casual about time can ruin your event.
The Bell Tower on 34th provides you with a helpful onsite coordinator to help you on your wedding or special event day.
ALWAYS INCLUDED Basic ‘day of’ Coordinator SERVICES
The Bell Tower on 34th provides free of charge ‘Day Of’ services with your venue rental agreement. You are hosting your event at the premier event venue in Houston and you are reserving your ‘Day Of’ Coordinator and their professional services for your added peace of mind. Optional planner upgrades are also available.
These are the primary duties of your ‘Day Of’ Coordinator which are included in the overall contract price:
Your knowledgeable ‘Day Of’ Coordinator will explain our value offer and options and answer any questions throughout the process.
You get up to two details meetings to finalize your floor plan, timeline, and menu selections.
Your ‘Day Of’ Coordinator will also be responsible for taking notes for your event and update our system with the information about your event so that the rest of our team will know about it.
The ‘Day Of’ Coordinator will schedule, attend and coordinate your rehearsal.
Additionally, your ‘Day Of’ Coordinator will deliver tasting remarks to the culinary team so the food is perfect on your big day. (Attending the tasting is on a case by case basis, more importantly Chef’s hand-picked team facilitates tastings).
Your ‘Day Of’ Coordinator will offer thoughts on vendor selections, will advise you on the design of your floor plan and create one for your approval, and make sure operations provisions for your event.
Day of: Arrive at The Bell Tower on 34th prior to vendor load-in, direct vendor load-in and table setup.
Meet with Chef and event manager 15 minutes prior to the event starting.
Monitor the order of events, buffet or seated dinner, stay through cake cutting or dinner service.
If you brought them, make sure that we have your champagne flutes cake knives and that the event manager knows who to give them to at the end of the night.
Additional expanded services of our ‘Day Of’ Coordinator services are also available for a small additional fee.
