There is no rental fee to negotiate. There is one number: the Full Service Experience. It is a single, all in investment, service fee and tax included, covering venue, catering, staffing, and production under one team.
Because we include on-site catering, coordination, staffing, and essential services, the Full Service Experience is intentionally structured to be predictable and comprehensive, reducing surprises later, not creating them.

The Full Service Experience, Per Guest
Saturday: ~$230 per guest, $32,000 minimum investment, reached at approximately 140 guests
Friday: ~$205 per guest, $25,500 minimum investment, reached at approximately 125 guests
Sunday: ~$185 per guest, $15,500 minimum investment, reached at approximately 85 guests
Thursday: ~$165 per guest, $11,500 minimum investment, reached at approximately 70 guests
Monday through Wednesday: ~$165 per guest, $8,500 minimum investment, reached at approximately 50 guests
All figures are all in: service fee and tax included. Deposit is 25 percent, due at signing.

You build your Full Service Experience to fit your day, and we walk you through every choice in person. For most events, this is your full investment, with no fee taken off the top for the building. We host events well beyond these guest counts; your investment scales with your guest experience, never with rent.
