You may be asking, what exactly is a vendor community?

In this case, it’s a list of talented, reliable, event service providers—from photographers to florists to djs—that we’ve compiled to make planning easier for you.

Not only is this resource a time-saver, it could save you money.

We understand that even with the help of this list, selecting vendors can be a daunting process. There are so many factors to consider.

If you’d like more guidance, I encourage you to turn to your representative. They’ve worked with a wide variety of vendors, including many of the service providers on our list, and can share their observations and ideas.

Of course, you are not required to choose from this list of vendors.

We do strongly encourage you, however, to do your best to hire industry professionals.

That’s because industry professionals are required to have liability insurance—every vendor on our list has it.

If you select a friend, relative, or other non-professional to fill the role of a vendor, you’re taking a bit of a risk.

If something goes wrong at the event, if an uninsured vendor is responsible for someone or something being harmed, then you, the client, will be financially responsible, not The Bell Tower on 34th.

Once you’ve made your selections, your service providers will be required to follow The Bell Tower on 34th’s vendor requirements. Please download the requirements from our Resources Section and share them with your vendors.

We also ask that you come back to The Bell Tower CustomerHub Portal after making your vendor selections so you can update your event’s vendor contact sheet.

It’s always a good idea for us to have the vendors’ contact information. For one thing, it allows us to maintain ongoing communication with them.

I’d also like you to know that if you select one of the vendors on this list, and you have a less than positive experience with them, we’d like to be informed right away.

If there’s an unresolved issue with one of them, we’ll help resolve it. If we can’t, they’ll be removed from the list.
