Payment Reminder
Just a reminder, you may have a payment about to be due in about a month. This may be your only notice. Remember, 90 days before your event date, no less than half of your remaining balance is due. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.
120 Days Before Your Event - Last chance to Postpone or Reschedule your wedding.
· Check on the wedding invitations. Ask the stationer for samples of the finished invitations and revise them to suit your needs.
· Select and order the cake. Some bakers require a long lead time. Attend several tastings before committing to any baker.
Also, this is a good time to coordinate with the friend or family member who is planning your bridal shower!

We encourage you to advise guests who are bringing children to your special event that The Bell Tower on 34th staff will not be attending to unsupervised children.
We also have special "kid-friendly" menu options! Reach out to your event producer to see the options.
Rehearsals
· Rehearsals are confirmed two weeks before the event.
· Please ask all guests to follow the valet’s instructions.
· Please ask all guests to stay within the rehearsal area as other events may be in progress.
Dressing Rooms
Dressing rooms are available for use two hours before your ceremony when a wedding ceremony is booked in the Campanile, Candela or Contessa. Please do not attempt to arrive before your scheduled arrival time. For daytime weddings, the dressing rooms must be vacated at the event end time; no breakdown time is allowed after the event for the dressing rooms. Extended use of the dressing rooms is available at the rate of $100 per hour based upon availability. Consumption charges apply. The Bell Tower on 34th is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

· Send the final final guest list to all venues hosting your wedding-related events.
· Break in your shoes.
· Reconfirm arrival times with vendors.
· Pick up your dress. Or make arrangements for a delivery.
· Check in one last time with the photographer. Supply him or her with a list of moments you want captured on film.
